Booking & Check-In

Information about bookings, payments and check-in.

Check-in time is 2pm
check out time is 10am

Yes, a $300 cash bond will be required upon check-in.

If you require an after hours check in, this needs to be pre-arranged with reception. Please call ahead to arrange. We will require your photo ID to be emailed to us in the name of the person booking the room.

We will always try to accommodate your needs although it may not always be possible. Please contact reception with your request.

A $300 deposit may be required.

Reception is open: 8:30am - 5pm Monday to Friday & 9am - 1pm Saturday & Closed Sunday and Public Holidays, but available for emergencies.

Yes, we have FREE undercover secure parking - One car park per apartment

Yes, all linen is provided. Beach towels are also available to hire for $5 per towel for your entire stay.

Rooms are serviced if you are staying 8 nights and over. During your service your bed linen and towels are changed along with a light clean of the room. You can request a service if you are staying less than 8 nights y contacting reception. A cost will apply.

No. Please note our property is a 3 storey walk up with no lifts.

Surfers Paradise is a short 5-10 minute drive from Island Beach Resort. We are located in the heart of Broadbeach with a great range of shops and restaurants at our fingertips!

Yes, we have a great range of shops & restaurants within a short stroll from the Resort.

Pacific Fair Shopping Centre is a short 10 minute walk for all the latest fashion, food and lifestyle.

Yes, the "G Link" (The Gold Coast Light Rail) station is a short stroll from the resort which can take you anywhere from Broadbeach right through Surfers Paradise, Southport and to the Gold Coast University Hospital.
We are also located within a short walking distance to the bus lines, which can take you anywhere on the Gold Coast!

We have an extensive range of local attractions within close proximity such as:
Pacific Fair Shopping Centre
Jupiters Hotel & Casino
Gold Coast Convention Centre
Dracula's Cabaret Restaurant
Oasis Shopping Centre
Not to mention the main attractions of our beautiful beaches, surfs schools & some of the finest dining venues on the Gold Coast.

The Gold Coast Turf Club is a 10-15 minute car trip from Island Beach Resort.
Public transport is also available.

We have quite a few little convenience stores within a short stroll from the resort, however you will also find Woolworths located at the Oasis Shopping Centre, just a 7-10 minute walk or you can cross the highway to Pacific Fair Shopping Centre.
